BIST stop address divided by 16 (corresponds to AHB byte address [20:4]).
SIG_START

Start control bit for signature generation.

0 (SIGNATURE_GENERATION): Signature generation is stopped

1 (INITIATE_SIGNATURE_G): Initiate signature generation
RESERVED

Reserved, user software should not write ones to reserved bits. The value read from a reserved bit is not defined.
